SHIPPING DETAILS

Please note that candles ship separately from our printed products (mugs,shirts, and bags). If you order a combination of candles and printed products, you will receive two separate packages. 

Processing time for all of our products is approximately 3-5 business days. Our printed products are made to order, packaged with care, and shipped via USPS directly from the printer within 3-5 business days after your order is placed, while candles are shipped separately from our home within a similar timeframe. You will be notified with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

UNITED STATES: Candle shipping rates are calculated based on a combination of weight range and location. Our printed products ship free within the United States. Priority Mail takes about 1-3 days, while First Class mail takes a bit longer.

INTERNATIONAL: Candle shipping rates are calculated based on a combination of weight range and location. Our printed products have a flat rate shipping price based on location. Please be aware that international orders may incur customs fees that are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders may take 1-3 weeks or more to arrive.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS: Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations.

EXCHANGES: If you have received an incorrect item, we will work with you to remedy the situation. Please contact us within 3 business days. NOTE: Due the custom & made-to-order nature of our shirts, we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect ordering such as wrong size or color preference.

REPLACEMENTS: Unfortunately, sometimes items can be damaged in transit. While these damages are not the responsibility of Leaf & Lore Company, we would be happy to work with you to remedy the issue to the best of our ability! Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item, with photos of the damaged item, so we can file a claim and proceed quickly with a replacement.

DELAYED/LOST PACKAGES:  Once we ship an item, it becomes the responsibility of the USPS and we do not have any more information than what tracking indicates. If your item is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen, it is out of our control. The best course of action is to immediately contact your local post office with the tracking information, so that they can attempt to locate the package.
